I’m proud to be an Ambassador for Girlguiding North West England, delivering planetarium shows and astronomy evenings to groups of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers around the North West. One of Girlguiding’s aims is to show that girls can do anything, and love that I can play a part in that by acting as a positive and enthusiastic role model for women in STEM!
In 2025/6 I visited seven groups, from Lancaster to Northwich, Birkenhead to Oldham, speaking to more than 260 girls and young women.
